Practical Skills Series
This Practical Skills Series is designed to help attendees build strong habits, sharper judgment, and practical day-to-day skills for success in a personal injury practice. The content is tailored to the responsibilities reflected in legal support roles (paralegals, case managers, legal assistants, etc.), including client communication, file management, medical records and bills, demands, litigation support, scheduling, and keeping cases moving forward with consistency and professionalism.
Each week, attendees will receive guided materials in advance, participate in a live Zoom session, and leave with practical tools they can apply immediately in their work. The series also builds on core training areas from your existing course framework, including communication, correspondence, file organization, litigation basics, pleadings, discovery, client contact, and creation of valuable case documents.
